It’s a Gibbon LLC, its parent and affiliates (“It’s a Gibbon”) provide at least this website (“Website”), its features, and services (collectively the “Service”) subject to the following conditions (“Terms”) which constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and It’s a Gibbon. The Terms apply to you and all visitors, Users, and others who access the Service (“Users”). THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.

Governing Law.
